All sellers must comply with the following policies when listing products on Amazon Marketplace. If sellers violate these policies and post prohibited content, Amazon will suspend your account.

This policy requires sellers to act fairly and honestly on Amazon Marketplace to ensure a safe buying and selling experience.

Violation of the Code of Conduct or any other Amazon policy may result in actions against your account, including listing cancellations, suspension or forfeiture of payments, and revocation of selling privileges.

You must provide accurate information to Amazon and our buyers and update it promptly when changes occur. For example:

Your business name must accurately identify your business, and products must be listed in correct categories

You must act fairly and legally and must not abuse any Amazon services. Examples of prohibited behavior:

Do not attempt to redirect Amazon buyers to other websites or circumvent Amazon's sales process.

侵权通知提交 / Infringement Notice Submission
Amazon does not permit sellers with active accounts to submit infringement notices as brand agents when such submissions could benefit their own accounts (e.g., by removing competing listings). Violators may have their selling accounts terminated.
亚马逊不允许拥有有效账户的卖家以品牌代理身份提交可能使自己账户受益(例如通过移除竞争商品)的侵权通知。违规者可能会被终止销售账户。
