This is an agreement between you and Amazon.com Services LLC (with its affiliates, "Amazon", "we", "us", or "our").

BY USING AMAZON NOVA, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF AND ALL OTHER PERSONS OR ENTITIES WHO USE AMAZON NOVA UNDER YOUR ACCOUNT.

使用AMAZON NOVA即表示您代表自己及所有在您账户下使用AMAZON NOVA的其他个人或实体同意本协议的条款。

"Amazon Nova" means the Amazon Nova products and services made available at nova.amazon.com, including the website, Software, and support and other related services.

"Amazon Nova"指在nova.amazon.com提供的Amazon Nova产品和服务，包括网站、软件、支持和其他相关服务。

"Amazon Nova Interactions" means all information related to your use of Amazon Nova, including inputs you provide to Amazon Nova, files you upload to Amazon Nova, outputs provided by Amazon Nova to you, information related to your use of Software, and any feedback or other information you provide related to your use of Amazon Nova.

"Amazon Nova交互"指与您使用Amazon Nova相关的所有信息，包括您提供给Amazon Nova的输入、上传到Amazon Nova的文件、Amazon Nova提供给您的输出、与您使用软件相关的信息，以及您提供的与使用Amazon Nova相关的任何反馈或其他信息。

"Software" means all software and artificial intelligence models we make available to you for use in connection with Amazon Nova, including any software we make available to you for download from nova.amazon.com.

1. Amazon Nova

1.1 Nova.amazon.com

Nova.amazon.com is a web-based interface that provides an environment to access and use versions of Amazon Nova artificial intelligence models and capabilities, which may include capabilities to understand and generate text, image, audio, and other content. Certain Amazon Nova models or capabilities may not be available in all areas or to all users.

1.2 Amazon Nova Interactions

Amazon records, processes, and retains your Amazon Nova Interactions in the cloud to provide, develop, and improve our services, including artificial intelligence models, and to enforce our terms. We may manually review your Amazon Nova Interactions for these purposes, and you should not submit any personal, confidential, or sensitive information or any other information that you would not want used for these purposes.

亚马逊在云端记录、处理和保留您的Amazon Nova交互，以提供、开发和改进我们的服务（包括人工智能模型）并执行我们的条款。我们可能会为这些目的手动审查您的Amazon Nova交互，您不应提交任何个人、机密或敏感信息或您不希望用于这些目的的任何其他信息。

1.3 Usage Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use Amazon Nova. You will not use Amazon Nova in connection with any website, application, or service directed to or likely to be accessed by individuals under the age of 18. Your use of Amazon Nova must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. Your usage of Amazon Nova may be subject to rate limits or other restrictions at our discretion.

1.4 Restrictions

You will not, and you will not attempt to:

reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile Amazon Nova, or apply any other process or procedure to derive the source code or other underlying components (such as the models, model parameters, or model weights) or reproduce the training data of Amazon Nova;

对Amazon Nova进行反向工程、反汇编或反编译，或应用任何其他过程或程序来推导源代码或其他底层组件（如模型、模型参数或模型权重）或复制Amazon Nova的训练数据；
circumvent any Amazon Nova usage limits, quotas, or other restrictions;

modify, tamper with, remove, obscure, or otherwise alter any information included with Amazon Nova outputs that identify the outputs as generated by a generative artificial intelligence model (such as metadata, digital signatures, or watermarks);

use Amazon Nova to, directly or indirectly, develop or improve a similar or competing product or service;

use Amazon Nova to violate the terms of third-party websites; or

allow, facilitate, encourage, or promote any third party to undertake any of these prohibited activities.

1.5 API Keys

You will need an Amazon-provided API key to access certain Software. You may not share your API key with others, and you are responsible for maintaining the security of your API key.

2. General

2.1 Information

The Software and any web browser you use to access Amazon Nova will share information with Amazon in connection with your use of Amazon Nova, such as the prompts you submit so our cloud-based models can respond to your prompts. Any information we receive in connection with your use of Amazon Nova may be stored on servers outside the country in which you live. We will handle any information we receive in accordance with the Amazon.com Privacy Notice.

2.2 Functionality; Content

Amazon Nova uses artificial intelligence models to interpret your prompts and provide outputs in response. Because these models by their nature are non-deterministic and may produce content based in part on their training data, Amazon Nova may get things wrong or provide unintended or undesirable outputs. Amazon has no responsibility or liability for such outputs. Amazon Nova is not intended for use in making legal, financial, or medical decisions or diagnoses and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
